It's not strictly necessary, but you might want to. Whatever From
line we have in our records is the one that gets included in the List
of Periodic Informational Postings. The (ir)regular archive
maintenance goes through the files actually in the archive and updates
the LoPIP to match the most recently saved copies. If you're willing
for the LoPIP to list the wrong comment part, at least until we
perform the maintenance, then there's no need to contact us if that's
the only change. (If you plan to change the comment part every month,
we'd prefer that you not ask us to update it every time, but just live
with whatever's in the LoPIP.)
