cid:foo4%25foo1@bar.net does not match Content-ID: <foo4%25foo1@bar.net> as shown in the txt and PDFversions of this RFC but rather it should match Content-ID: <foo4%foo1@bar.net>. Content-ID: <foo4%25foo1@bar.net> should correspond to cid:foo4%2525foo1@bar.net
