Help: FAQ format problem

Could a nice person please look at my FAQ and tell me what the problem is
with Part 1.

Note that the coding problem is only in Part 1. There is no difference in
the headers, or the editing program used for Part 1 and the other 3 parts.
I've been unable to find what the problem is. All parts have been edited,
saved and mailed with the same software.
